Prenatal Yoga

Intentional movement. Focused breathing. Purposeful relaxation.​
 

Prenatal yoga classes support the more obvious physical changes of a woman's pregnant body, as well as the more subtle mental and emotional shifts and changes during pregnancy.

Shapes are chosen to help ease aches and pains, balance your body, encourage your baby to move into an ideal position, and as ways to discover coping strategies that may help in labor.

Breathing techniques and relaxation are selected to help your nervous system, mind and body to stay calm and present.

Classes are held twice weekly at Yoga Revolution in North Royalton.

Prenatal yoga classes are Thursdays 7:30pm and Sundays 12:15pm.

Prenatal Yoga

Expect gentle movement, focused breathing and relaxation. Any trimester is welcome.

My doula package includes 6 classes at the studio.

Private 1:1 sessions are also available.

Workshops + Events

These events rotate. Some include the birth ball, partner yoga classes and relaxation for birth and postpartum. These take place at various yoga studios in the area.

They can also be done privately 1:1 or in group sessions.

Of course movement is important. These classes also focus on breathing techniques, mindset work and relaxing your nervous system.

  • Focused breath work

  • Seated shapes

  • Strengthening

  • Standing shapes

  • Supported stretching

  • A nice long rest

  • Breathing, meditation and mindset work are sprinkled in throughout class

Classes are held twice weekly at Yoga Revolution CLE in North Royalton, Ohio. Thursday evenings at 7:30pm and Sunday afternoons at 12:15pm.
