I am a homeschooli ng mama of two, holistic birth doula, a (not woo-woo) prenatal yoga instructor and follower of the true Jesus.

As a self-proclaimed “crunchy mom,” I'm always seeking out natural remedies and the healing properties of herbs. I combine yoga, my knowledge of birth and my crunchy lifestyle to help women connect deeply with their body, mind and baby.

My approach focuses on educating, so you can have the calm, confident birth you imagine.
This comes in the forms of intentional movement to support your changing body; focused breathing to keep yourself present and calm during birth; sharing resources and information; and child birth education so you can be less afraid and more trusting of yourself and your body, making intentional choices all along the way.​
